PURPOSE: A medical device using electromagnetic induction is provided to selectively eliminate only the cancer cell within the human body by using nano-particles or nano-materials. CONSTITUTION: A medical device using electromagnetic induction comprises: a power supply unit(110) supplying time-variable current by radio frequency electricity; an electromagnetic induction unit(120) which generates inductive electric field by electromagnetic induction when the time-variable current is applied by the power supply unit; and a heat-generation inducing agent(130) eliminating a cancer cell(107) within the body(105) by applying heat to the cancer cell within the body.

PURPOSE: A wireless power transmission system is provided to improve power transmission efficiency by using the self-resonance of a load terminal. CONSTITUTION: Power is inputted to a transmission terminal(110). A load terminal(160) receives power from the transmission terminal and receives power of the same frequency as a natural resonant frequency in the load terminal. PURPOSE: A wireless power transmission and reception device, a power transmission coil, and a power reception coil are provided to easily tune a resonant frequency between the power reception coil and the power transmission coil by lowering the resonant frequency, and to efficiently transmit electricity by using an electrical resonance although a separation distance between the power reception coil and the power transmission coil is big. CONSTITUTION: A wireless power transmission and reception device comprises a power transmission coil assembly(100) including a power source coil(120) and a power transmission self-resonance coil(110) rolled in order to surround a whole or a part of a reference line having a ring shape, and a power reception coil assembly(200) including a load coil(220) and a power reception self-resonance coil(210) rolled in order to surround a whole or a part of another reference line having a ring shape.

본 발명에 따른 플라즈마 진단장치 및 진단방법은 소정 공간에 플라즈마를 발생시키는 플라즈마 발생부; 및 상기 플라즈마 발생부에 의해 생성된 플라즈마의 상태를 진단하는 플라즈마 진단부;를 포함하며, 상기 플라즈마 진단부는 상기 플라즈마에 의해 중합된 후 색상이 변하거나 형광을 생성하는 폴리머 센서를 이용하여 상기 플라즈마의 상태를 용이하게 진단할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 무선전력 전송시스템은, 전력이 입력되는 송신단; 및 상기 송신단과 유선에 의해서 연결되어 있지 않으며, 상기 송신단으로부터 전력을 전달 받는 부하단;을 포함하며, 상기 부하단의 고유 공진 주파수와 동일한 주파수를 가지는 전력을 입력 받는 상기 송신단에 의해서 상기 부하단이 자체적으로 자기 공진함에 따라 전력을 무선으로 전달할 수 있다. 이로 인해 수신부가 없더라도 단순하고 용이하게 전력을 무선으로 전달할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A plasma diagnostic apparatus and method are provided to reduce time for diagnosing plasma by selectively diagnosing a variable to be diagnosed. CONSTITUTION: A plasma generation part(112) generates plasma in a predetermined space. Plasma diagnostic parts(130, 140) diagnose the state of the plasma generated by the plasma generation part. The plasma diagnostic part includes a monomer and an oligomer whose color changes after being polymerized with the plasma or generates fluorescence. The plasma diagnostic part positions a polymer sensor on an electrode or a substrate in order to measure the state of the plasma on the substrate provided to a chamber.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to control plasma radicals. According to the present invention, the apparatus to control plasma radicals includes: a chamber, a plasma generating unit which forms the plasma in the chamber, and a radical control unit which changes the electronic temperature of the plasma formed in the chamber. According to this configuration, the radical is independently controlled without changing the plasma density.

본 발명에 의한 무선 전력 송수신장치는, 링 형상을 갖는 하나의 기준선 전체 또는 일부를 둘러싸도록 감겨지는 송전측 자기공진코일 및 전원코일을 구비하는 송전측 코일조립체; 링 형상을 갖는 또 다른 기준선 전체 또는 일부를 둘러싸도록 감겨지는 수전측 자기공진코일 및 전원코일을 구비하는 수전측 코일조립체;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 무선 전력 송수신장치를 이용하면, 전기 공진을 이용하여 전력을 전송하므로 송전측 코일과 수전측 코일 간의 이격 거리가 크더라도 효율적인 전력 전송이 가능해지고, 공진주파수를 낮출 수 있으므로 송전측 코일과 수전측 코일 간의 공진주파수 튜닝을 용이하게 할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: An inductive coupling plasma processing system is provided to reduce capacitive coupling between an antenna and a chamber. CONSTITUTION: An inductive coupling plasma processing system (100) includes a process chamber (110), a stage (130), a polarity plate, and a power supply (200). The process chamber generates inductive coupling plasma. The stage is equipped in the inner lower side of process chamber and performs a plasma process. The polarity plate is equipped on the stage. The power supply generates an electric potential difference between the stage and the plate. The power supply includes an antenna, a balun transformer (180), and an impedance matching unit (190), and a power supply unit (196). The antenna is provided on the process chamber and includes a first antenna and a second antenna, which are separated from each other. The balun transformer is connected to both ends of antenna. The impedance matching unit is connected to the balun transformer. The power supply unit is connected to the impedance matching unit. The balun transformer includes a first coil, a first iron core, a second coil, and a second iron core. The first coil connects both ends of the first antenna. The first coil is wound round the first iron core. The second coil connects both ends of the second antenna, respectively. The second coil is wound round the second iron core.
