상기 우레아탱크(10)는 외부에는 알루미늄으로 형성된 탱크부(21)와 그 내측면에 소정 두께로 성형된 요소수에 대하여 안정된 특성을 갖는 합성수지층(23)으로 형성되며, 상기 우레아탱크의 탱크부(21)는 같은 재질의 연료탱크(11)와 접합되어 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 종래 우레아탱크 설치 레이아웃상 어려움을 해결하고, 우레아탱크를 합성수지재로 금속제의 연료탱크와 일체로 형성하여 경량화함과 함께 원가를 절감하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따라 회전몰딩법을 이용하여 우레아탱크를 오븐내에서 회전시키면서 소정 온도와 시간 및 회전속도로 성형함으로써, 알루미늄의 외부 탱크내면에 수지층이 우수한 융착 균일도로 일체화되는 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: A mounting structure of a vehicle fuel tank is provided to fasten a bender by engaging a hook disposed on one end of the bender to a through port on one end of a support and coupling the other end of the bender to a strap and a toxing installed on the other end of the support, and to increase the durability of the mounting structure by installing pads having thicker edges than a center portion on all contacting surface of the fuel tanks. In mounting plural fuel tanks(10) to a frame(22) installed on a body(21) of a vehicle, each of the fuel tanks is connected as a single module, and supports(23) are bolted(23a) to the bottom of the fuel tanks. Mounting brackets fastens the supports to the fuel tanks. For each of the fuel tanks, two supports are installed side by side, and the mounting bracket is installed perpendicular to the supports so as to connect the two supports as a single unit. Pads(24) are installed between the fuel tanks and the supports. The pads cover entire areas contacting with the fuel tank. Two edges of the pads are thicker than the center portion of the pads. The center portion is 5mm whereas the two edges are 9mm. Protrusions on two edges of the pads are projected about 1mm. A bender(25e) is installed on two ends of the support, and at least one bender covering the outer diameter of the fuel tank is installed to each of the fuel tanks. One end of the bender has a hook for being engaged into a through hole disposed on one end of the support, and the other end of the bender is coupled to a strap and a toxing installed on the other end of the support.

Abstract: A fixing structure of a strap for mounting a fuel tank in a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency and the durability of the strap, and to contact a fuel tank efficiently by assembling an upper part of the strap with a mounting bracket assembling hole with a pin and simplifying the assembling process.
