Abstract: PURPOSE: An ESS(Emergency Stop Signal) relay fault diagnosis controlling method is provided to reduce time for finally determining faults by improving a logic determining the fault of a relay. CONSTITUTION: A previous fault state is determined(S10). A driving signal is transmitted(S30). The driving signal applies power to a relay formed at an ESS relay. The driving signal and a relay state monitoring signal are compared. A fault state of the ESS relay is determined(S40). The ESS relay is set as the previous fault state. The driving signal is retransmitted. The driving signal and the relay state monitoring signal are compared. The fault state of the ESS relay is determined again. Abstract: PURPOSE: An anti-opening apparatus for a tray is provided to fix the tray to prevent the tray from being opened in case of applying impact force like head impact on a crash pad without forming a separate knob on the outside of the tray. CONSTITUTION: An anti-opening apparatus for a tray is mounted to be led in and drawn out from a housing(100) fixed to a crash pad. The anti-opening apparatus for a tray comprises a rotary bar(300) and a pin(310). The middle end of the rotary bar is hinge-coupled in the housing. The one side of the rotary bar is extended toward a tray(200). The other side of the rotary bar is extended in the cross direction to the extension direction of the one side. The rotary bar rotates to come close to one side of the tray when the impact force is applied on the crash pad. The pin is combined with the one side of the rotary bar. The pin is inserted into an insertion hole when the rotary bar rotates.
