    Abstract: 본 발명은 폴리우레탄폼용 인계 난연제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 할로겐원소를 배제하고 분자내에 2 ~ 6개의 인원자, 및 질소원자를 함유하는 인계 난연제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인계 난연제는 폴리우레탄폼에 적용시 폴리우레탄폼의 난연성을 향상시키면서도 시간경과에 따른 용출현상이 없어 난연성 저하 현상을 발생시키지 않으며, 또한 폴리우레탄폼의 기계적 물성을 저하시키지 않으므로 기존의 할로겐계 난연제를 친환경적 난연제로 대체할 수 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A phosphorous-based flame retardant for polyurethane foam is provided to obtain excellent flame retardance without degradation of mechanical properties, and to have excellent flame retardance comparison to existing halogen-containing flame retardants. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorous-based flame retardant for polyurethane foam is in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, n is an integer from 1-5. R1 is a C2-8 alkylene group, or a C6-7 arylene group. R2 is NHCONH2. A manufacturing method of the phosphate flame retardant comprises: a step of manufacturing an intermediate product by reacting polyphosphoric acid and diol; and a step of manufacturing the phosphorous-based flame retardant by reacting the intermediate product and urea. The polyphosphoric acid comprises 2-6 phosphorous atoms per one molecule.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A baffle manufacturing device of a plastic coil type for a fuel tank is provided to reduce fuel-flow noise efficiently by installing the baffle manufacturing device to inside of the fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A baffle manufacturing device of a plastic coil type for a fuel tank comprises a diehead(16), a heater(18), multiple resin discharging holes(22), a pipe(24), a stirring unit, a molding guide pipe(30), a baffle support(32), and a baffle support opening/shutting device(34). The diehead is rotatably installed to an outlet of an extruder(20). The heater controls temperature of the diehead. The pipe is integrally installed on the bottom center of the diehead. The stirring unit stirs the diehead at a certain angle. The molding guide pipe arranged in the bottom of the diehead has a hollow of a circle or a rectangular shape. A baffle discharged from the diehead is loaded on the baffle support. The baffle support opening/shutting device is installed on the inner wall of the molding guide pipe.

    Abstract: A polymer electrolyte membrane is provided to ensure excellent proton conductivity at 130~200 °C, to lengthen the lifetime of a fuel battery by preventing the poisoning phenomenon of a catalyst, and to increase efficiency of fuel.
