상기 제1모터(102)는 제3선기어(116a)와, 엔진(122)은 제1선기어(112a)와 연결되고, 제2모터(104)는 제1링기어(112c)와, 구동축(200)은 제2선기어(114a)와 연결되며, 상기 제2링기어(114c)와 제3링기어(116c) 사이에는 제1클러치(132)가, 제3링기어(116c)와 트랜스액슬 하우징(140) 사이에는 제2클러치(134)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A dual mode power transmission apparatus for a hybrid electric vehicle includes two motors(102,104), three planetary gear sets(112,114,116), an engine(122), and two clutches(132).
