The operating hole is formed in an outer panel of the tail gate. The logo plate is connected with an operating rod(2). The operating rod is inserted in the housing. The logo plate is conformed to the operation hole by elastically supporting the operating rod. The operating unit pulls and releases a release cable(C) of operating a latch assembly when moving the operating rod. The operating unit includes a first rack gear(6), a second rack gear(7), and a pinion gear(8).
