Abstract: The present invention relates to a pretensioner of a seat belt for a vehicle, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a pretensioner of a seat belt for a vehicle which enables reduction of performance deviation, improvement in reliability of operation, improvement in protection of passengers, decrease in the number of components, reduction of weight, and reduction of size. In order to achieve the above object, the pretensioner of the seat belt for a vehicle comprises: a gas generator for generating gas and supplying the generated gas to the inside of a housing through a gas inlet; a rotor arranged inside the housing in order to make pressure of the gas injected into the housing through the gas inlet act, rotated integrally with a spool of a retractor, and rotated by pressure of the gas injected through the gas inlet; and a backdraft preventing unit mounted on the gas inlet to prevent backflow of the gas injected into the housing toward the gas inlet.
