4 5~100 ppm를 첨가한 후, 교반하는 단계와; 교반 후에 50% NaOH수용액을 첨가하는 단계와; 600℃에서 1시간 열처리하여 SnO
2 로 산화시키는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매연 감지 센서의 제조 방법을 제공한다.

Abstract: A method for preparing a sensor sensing for the automobile exhaust gas is provided to improve the selective sensitivity of the exhaust gas of a diesel car and to enhance the reaction velocity and gas sensitivity of SnO2. A method for preparing a sensor sensing for the automobile exhaust gas comprises the steps of dissolving tin chloride hydrate (SnCl2À2H2O) in water at a room temperature and adding an amine hydrate (N2H4À2H2O) aqueous solution to it; adding 5-100 ppm of PtCl4 as a nucleating agent when the mixture solution is cooled to 20 deg.C and stirring it; adding 50% NaOH aqueous solution to it after stirring; and heat treating it at 600 deg.C for 1 hour to oxide it into SnO2.
