Abstract: The present invention relates to a processing tool for a crank bore of heterogeneous materials. The tool is an integral tool for processing a crank bore by combining a boring tool and a honing tool, and enables a user to work for boring and honing process in one station simultaneously. When a user processes a crank bore of heterogeneous materials, the tool enhances the roundness of the crank bore by applying a guide pad. The tool also reduces the production cost and increases work efficiency by managing the two processes at the same time.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cylinder block machining jig is provided to reduce the production cost of a cylinder block by minimize the number of machining processes of the cylinder block during boring operation of the cylinder block. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder block machining jig comprises a mounting frame(1), first and second fixing portions(3,5), a sliding portion(7), an angle adjusting pin(17), and a gauge portion(19). The mounting frame(1) is provided for mounting a pre-machined cylinder block. The first and second fixing portions(3,5) are provided for setting the pre-machined mounting block on the mounting frame(1). The sliding portion(7) is mounting on either side of the mounting frame(1), and forwardly or rearward moved by the operation of an operator. The sliding portion(7) has an oblique surface on one end thereof. The angle adjusting pin(17) engages the oblique surface of the sliding portion(7). When the slider portion(7) is forwardly or rearward moved, the angle adjusting pin(17) is upwardly or downward moved synchronously according to change in angle of the oblique surface, so that the mounting angle of the cylinder block is adjusted. The gauge portion(19) is mounted on one side of the mounting frame(1). The gauge portion(11) is used to measure the machined size of the cylinder block mounted on mounting frame(1).
