PURPOSE: A device for reducing output delay of a turbo charger is provided to make the flow speed of an exhaust gas fast by reducing the intake section of the exhaust gas supplied to the turbo charger turbine when a driver rapidly accelerates an engine. CONSTITUTION: A turbo charger compressing an intake air supplied to a combustion chamber by rotating a turbine and a blower with pressure of gas exhausted from the combustion chamber comprises a turbine case(30) in which cross section of an inner side of an exhaust gas intake hole(32) is formed similar to that of an outer side and a guide bore(33) and a guide groove(34) are formed symmetrically at an inner surface of the exhaust gas intake hole, a variable plate(40) whose one end is pivotally connected to the outer side of the exhaust gas intake hole of the turbine case and the other end has a guide(42) rotated by being fitted into the guide bore and the guide groove, an actuator(50) operating the variable plate to reduce the cross section of the inner side of the exhaust gas intake hole to make the flow speed of the exhaust gas fast, and a solenoid valve(52) controlling the actuator.

An active acceleration pedal device for a vehicle is provided to prevent the vehicle from exceeding over a predetermined speed set by a driver and reduce the risk of a traffic accident. An active acceleration pedal device for a vehicle comprises an acceleration pedal(1) mounted on the chassis via a hinge, and a hydraulic cylinder(3). The acceleration pedal includes a pedal arm(1a) and a pedal pad(1b) installed on the leading end of the pedal are. The pedal arm is provided at the top thereof with a piston rod having an end connected with the pedal arm. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to a reservoir tank(6) capable of storing an amount of oil through a fluid path(5). The fluid path includes a solenoid valve(7) for opening/closing the path. The solenoid valve is connected to an output terminal of an engine control unit to control the open/close operation of the solenoid valve.

PURPOSE: An abnormal vibration preventing apparatus for a turbo charger diesel engine is provided to prevent the turbo charger diesel engine from being abnormally vibrated by preventing air from penetrating into a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A throttle valve(1) is installed in a throttle body so as to adjust an amount of intake air. The throttle valve(1) has a rotating shaft(3) rotated by a throttle lever, which is incorporated with an accelerator. An arcuate plate(4) is mounted on the rotating shaft(3). One end of a withdrawing wire(5) is fixed to the arcuate plate(4). The withdrawing wire(5) is connected to a piston rod(7) of a vacuum actuator(6). The arcuate plate(4) is formed at an outer peripheral portion thereof with a guide rail. The vacuum actuator(6) is connected to a vacuum pump(10) through a vacuum hose(9). A return spring(11) is arranged around the rotating shaft(3).

PURPOSE: A temperature reducer of returned fuel is provided to reduce the temperature of fuel inside a reservoir cup to become a high temperature by the returned fuel. CONSTITUTION: A return line(24) is connected with a chamber(25) in a fuel pump(21). The end of the return line is located in front of an outlet(26) of the chamber. A suction line(30) is connected with the chamber to inject fuel outside a reservoir cup(22). Cold fuel is injected to the suction line by using suction force to be generated in a gap when the fuel of the return line is discharged to the outlet of the chamber. Thereby, the output of an engine and the fuel efficiency are improved. Moreover, the production cost and the weight of a fuel tank are reduced.

PURPOSE: A device for preventing the output deterioration of an engine with a turbocharger is provided to prevent the output deterioration of the engine in low speed section by varying an air passage according to the operation of the engine and selectively performing the supercharging operation of the turbocharger. CONSTITUTION: A bypass passage(5) is installed in an air passage(3) to bypass air introduced into an engine through a turbocharger(1). A switching unit selectively opens/closes the air passage(3) passing through the bypass passage(5) and the turbocharger(1). An engine rpm control unit controls the switching unit according to the variation of an engine rpm.

PURPOSE: An air duct structure for automobile is provided to prevent breakdown due to inflow of water into a system using the air duct by vertically moving an end of the air duct exposed to outside according to a water level of an engine room or a cowl box. CONSTITUTION: An end of an air duct(10), exposed to outside, is formed flexibly. A floating device(20) is equipped to vertically move by a water level in an engine room or a cowl box. The floating device comprises a pair of guide pipes(21) and floats(23). The guide pipes are vertically installed on both side ends of the air duct. The floats are installed on the both side ends respectively so that lower end surfaces thereof are placed lower than a bottom surface of the air duct to vertically move according to a water level in the guide pipes.
