Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotatable plate pad assembly for filling a pad in a pillar of a vehicle, which can minimize an unfilled region in a front pillar of the vehicle after pad foaming to solve a problem of inflow of the noise caused by the region not filled with the pad in a hollow portion of the pillar and a problem of deteriorating the noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) performance of the vehicle. According to the present invention in order to achieve the purpose above, the pad is connected to a plate to be able to rotate such that at least a portion of the pad is exposed outward from two plates fixed to a reinforcing panel. The exposed portion of the pad is abutted and pushed by a side outer panel moved to be assembled with the reinforcing panel, and thus the pad is rotated.
