    Abstract: PURPOSE: A damper clutch is provided to reduce the rattle and the noise of a transmission by effectively reducing the strength of the spring. CONSTITUTION: A damper spring(26) is connected to a clutch hub(24) through a flexible string(30). The flexible string is rolled in the outer circumference of the clutch hub at a certain angle by rotating a clutch spring case(28). The flexible string is a carbon fiber material of high strength. Thereby, the spring strength is reduced effectively.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A synchronizer for a manual transmission is provided to prevent temporary increase of speed changing operating force by tilting a synchronizer key partially with a sleeve when the synchronizer key is separated from the sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer for a manual transmission comprises a hub gear(24), a sleeve(26), a synchronizer key(32) and a spring(34). The spring is composed of a plate portion and a support portion. The plate portion is inserted to a groove portion(32b) formed to a lower surface of the synchronizer key. The support portion is fixed to a groove portion(24b) formed to an outer peripheral surface of the hub gear and held to a lower surface of the plate portion. Thereby, inclination of the synchronizer key is reduced by dispersing force on a part of the synchronizer key to whole area of the synchronizer key with the sleeve when the sleeve is separated from the synchronizer key.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A clutch release bearing of a vehicle convenient in assembling and disassembling is provided to improve efficiency of the release bearing and reduce working time by detaching the release bearing from a clutch disc cover with a snap ring. CONSTITUTION: A combining snap ring having a connecting pin(12-1) as a knob is received inside an edge groove on one side. A rectangular hollow window(11) is formed to an upper end of a release bearing(10). A combining edge is attached to both sides of the combining snap ring. Thereby, the release bearing is combined to a hub portion of a clutch disc cover(20) by using elastic force of the combining snap ring. The hollow window is a space to shrink the combining snap ring in detaching the release bearing. Thereby, a spring is not damaged when the release bearing is detached. Anyone operates assembles and disassembles the release bearing.

CONSTITUTION: A shift fork assembling system comprises plural shift rails(42) sliding by receiving operational force from a shift lever selectively; a shift fork(44) fixed on the shift rail to operate a synchronizer of a manual transmission with sliding; a fixing unit(45) fitted to a first assembling hole(41) of the shift rail and a second assembling hole(43) of the shift fork to fix the shift fork to the shift rail; and an automatic centering unit(50) integrating the first assembling hole with the second assembling hole automatically in assembling the fixing unit. Breakage is prevented, and the failure rate is decreased by constraining relative motion between the shift rail and the shift fork.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A damper clutch includes a fluid damper to reduce an idle rotation noise generated from a manual transmission and prevents an abnormal vibration. CONSTITUTION: If the first plate(26) receives an outer force, a protrusion presses a piston(32). Then, the piston(32) advances in a cylinder to press oil. The oil damps the outer force acted thereto by passing through holes(40) of a panel(42). Remained oil pressure presses an elastic member(36), thereby damping the outer force by deforming a convex portion. At the moment, a repulsive force is acted on a cylinder(38) by the second plate(28), thereby damping outer force due to abnormal vibration, etc. If the outer force due to abnormal vibration is not acted on the piston(32), the convex portion of a disk spring, which is the elastic member(36), is restored. Thus, oil in a chamber(34) is pressed to restore the piston(32). Therefore, noise and abnormal vibration are effectively damped.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manual transmission is provided to reduce shifting impact in sudden starting by stopping an input shaft rotated with inertia force in sudden stop. CONSTITUTION: A transmission housing(54) forms an outer shape of a manual transmission(52). An input shaft(60) is installed inside the transmission housing and connected to a clutch(56). Shifting gears(58) are installed to the input shaft. An output shaft(66) is arranged in parallel with the input shaft. The output shaft transfers power to a differential(62) connected to an axle. Slave shifting gears(64) meshed with shifting gears are installed to the output shaft. Synchronizers(68) are installed to input and output shafts. Therein, synchronizers changes speed by synchronizing with shifting gears or slave shifting gears. A preventing apparatus of shifting impact(70) is installed to a side of the transmission housing. The preventing apparatus of shifting impact reduces rotational inertia of the input shaft in sudden stop to reduce shifting impact when a vehicle starts after sudden stop. Thereby, damage of shifting gears and slave shifting gears is prevented by relieving shifting impact.

A piston(27) is installed between the first elastic member and the second elastic member. A push rod(28) is combined with the piston and a hinge portion of a release fork. By smoothening the releasing operation of a clutch pedal, the stop of a starting is prevented and the convenience is increased. Moreover, the fuel efficiency is increased by preventing a raising of RPM(Rotation Per Minute).
