    Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydro roll rod for a car is provided to reduce non linear vibration and linear vibration effectively and offer various tuning factors. CONSTITUTION: A hydro roll rod for a car comprises a fastening rod(10), a bolt housing(20), a first insulator(30), a second insulator(60), an upper joint(40), a lower joint(50), an end plate(70), and a plunger(90). The bolt housing is formed as tube shape which is separable to either sides, and coupled with the fastening rod. The first insulator and the second insulator are made of rubber material having elasticity or synthetic resin material. The first insulator and the second insulator are installed in one side and the other side of the bolt housing respectively. The upper joint and a lower joint are adhered to edges of the first insulator and the second insulator respectively. The end plate is coupled with a nut(11) passing through the bolt housing and installed in the fastening rod. The plunger is installed between the first insulator and the second insulator and divides inside space into an upper fluid cell and a lower fluid cell.

CONSTITUTION: A hydro transmission mount comprises a core(100), an insulator(200), and an inner pipe. An upper chamber(10) storing fluid is formed inside of the insulator. A first lower chamber(20) and second lower chamber(30) storing fluid are formed symmetrically each other in both sides of inner space of insulator. The inner pipe is formed to cover the insulator. An inertia track(40) and a connection track are formed in both ends of the outer circumference of the inner pipe. The inertia track and connection track form the path in which the fluid can flow through.

CONSTITUTION: A hydro subframe bush(100) comprises an inner pipe(20) and an outer pipe(10). A space(44), which is extended from the inner pipe in a curve shape and holds fluid, is formed on the upper outer end of the inner pipe. The inner pipe comprises a first extended part(41) and a second extended part(42). The inner pipe is connected to the inner surface of the outer pipe. A third extended part(43) is formed on the central part of the space from the outer surface of the inner pipe toward the space. The first to third extended parts are formed from a rubber material. Both ends of the first and second extended parts are extended in the length direction of the outer pipe to be able to be connected to the outer pipe.

CONSTITUTION: A hydro roll rod(100) comprises a link arm(10), a front bush(20) and a rear bush(30). The link arm connects a power train and to a vehicle body. The front bush is located on one end of the link arm and is connected to the power train. The rear bush is located on the other end of the link arm. The rear bush comprises an outer tube, an inner core, a louver and an internal spacer. The outer tube protects external perimeter. The inner core is located on the central part of the rear bush and has an inner hole, which passes through the rear bush. The louver is located on a space between the outer tube and the inner core. The internal spacer is located between the louver and the outer tube and comprises a chamber for storing fluid.
