Abstract: PURPOSE: A noise reducing door checker is provided to prevent oil leakage not to spread grease with an oilless bearing to a carrier portion and to reduce operating noise by reducing a speed difference between a roller of the carrier and a checker arm. CONSTITUTION: A noise reducing door checker has a checker arm and a roller(60). One end of the door checker is fixed by a stopper. Hanging grooves are formed to a middle portion of the checker arm. The other end of the checker arm is connected to a bracket for installing to a vehicle body by a pin. The pin penetrates a cover of a housing. The roller is held by a spring installed inside the housing and slid toward the checker arm. The roller is hinged to a carrier(50) with an oilless bearing(62) to contact the checker arm. A knurling(60a) are formed to the roller and the checker arm to be contacted with the roller. Therefore, rotational resistance is reduced by using the oilless bearing. Grease leakage is prevented. A gap between the carrier and the roller is removed with the oilless bearing and the hinged pin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An impact beam installation structure makes an impact beam endure impact force prevents a door from pushing into a car room. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure comprises a fixing groove(1), a fixing protrusion(2) and an impact beam(3). The fixing groove is formed on a pillar(P). The fixing protrusion(2) formed on a door is engaged with the fixing groove(1) when the door is shut and is fixed when the door is pushed. The impact beam(3) is fixed to a bracket(51) and has a part overlapped with the pillar(P). Therefore, when the door is pushed a car room, the fixing protrusion(2) is deformed as the fixing protrusion(2) and the fixing groove(1) is separated while being engaged, the bent end of the impact beam(3) prevents the deformation of the fixing protrusion(2).
