Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for improving cooling performance of an inter-cooler is provided to improve the cooling efficiency of sucked air passing through an inter-cooler. CONSTITUTION: An inter-cooler(20) is installed on one side of an engine room to reduce a temperature of sucked air. The inter-cooler includes a coolant path in the center for flowing a coolant in, and sucked air lines on both sides for passing sucked air. The coolant path is branched from an original coolant circulation line in T shape to induce part of the coolant changed into a liquid state of a high pressure while passing a compressor(16) and a condenser(17). A coolant line(23) guides the coolant passed through the condenser to be induced to the inter-cooler. An orifice(25) is formed in the middle of the coolant line to change the high pressure of the liquid coolant into a low pressure.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for controlling delay of a turbo charger is provided to prevent delay of the turbo charger by controlling head wind introduced into an engine depending on change of driving status of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of: a step(S110) determining starting status of an engine of a vehicle; a step(S120) determining driving speed of the vehicle; a step(S130) determining change of opening degree of a throttle valve; and a step(S140,S150,S170) changing introduction of head wind depending on the starting status, the driving status and change of opening degree of the throttle valve of the vehicle. An engine control unit outputs control signal to rotate an air guide toward an air duct if the change of opening degree of the throttle valve is over second reference value, control signal to place the air guide at normal position if car speed is over first set car speed or the change of opening degree of the throttle valve is under the second reference value, and control signal to supply head wind to a radiator if temperature of outside air is over third set temperature.

PURPOSE: A parallel double turbocharger device with an integrated gas path, capable of preventing reaction speed delay due to mode conversion is provided to reduce weight by installing a left and a right exhaust line, connected to a primary and a secondary turbo charger, in an engine room without pipe length difference. CONSTITUTION: A parallel double turbocharger device with an integrated gas path comprises a left and a right exhaust line(3,4), a primary turbo charger(1), a secondary turbo charger(2), a primary intake line(10), a secondary intake line(12), a bypass line(14), and an ECU. The secondary intake line, connected to the secondary turbo charger, is branched from the primary intake line. The bypass line which bypasses the secondary turbo charger connects from the secondary intake to the primary intake line again. The primary turbo charger and the secondary turbo charger are installed in parallel on the left exhaust line and the right exhaust line, which are combined through a piston valve(5) and are collected toward a catalytic converter(20). The left exhaust line and the right exhaust line which connect to the primary turbo charger and the secondary turbo charger are installed in an engine room almost without pipe length difference.

본 발명은 회전속도 가변형 에어컨 컴프레셔에 관한 것으로, 컴프레셔축(31)의 외주면에 동력전달이 가능하도록 결합되면서 그 외주면에는 파형모양을 갖는 다수개의 나사산(33a)이 일방향으로 경사지도록 형성되는 인너베어링(33)과, 상기 인너베어링(33)의 외주면으로부터 일정간격 이격되도록 끼워짐은 물론 상기 나사산(33a)과 마주 대하는 내주면에는 인너베어링(33)쪽으로 돌출되는 돌기부(4a) 및 내측으로 들어가는 오목홈부(4c)가 각각 연속적으로 형성되는 에어컨 컴프레셔풀리(4)와, 상기 인너베어링(33)에 형성된 나사산(33a)의 골부(33c)와 상기 에어컨 컴프레셔풀리(4)사이의 공간내에 설치되어 상기 에어컨 컴프레셔풀리(4)의 회전속도에 따라 발생되는 원심력을 이용해 인너베어링(33)쪽으로 전달되는 회전동력을 선택적으로 접단속시키는 클러치수단(35)을 포함하도록 구성되어져, 에어컨 컴프레셔(30)의 고속회전시 효율에 영향을 주지 못하는 불필요한 잉여 마력의 발생을 예방할 수 있게 되고, 이에 따라 차량에서 발생되는 소음 및 진동을 감소시킬 수 있도록 된 것이다.

본 발명은 디젤엔진 차량의 흡입공기량 조절장치 및 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 흡기매니폴드(1)와 연결되는 공기통로(21a)를 구비하고서 상기 흡기매니폴드(1)상에 장착되는 에어히터조립체(20)의 하우징(21)과, 상기 공기통로(21a)내에 축방향 회전이 가능하도록 하우징(21)에 장착되는 밸브축(30)과, 상기 밸브축(30)의 외주면에 직교되는 방향으로 각각 결합되어 상기 밸브축(30)의 회전에 따라 공기통로(21a)를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 제1밸브(40) 및 제2밸브(50)와, 마운팅브라켓트(61a)를 통해 상기 하우징(21)에 고정되도록 장착되고 링크부재(64)를 통해 상기 밸브축(30)과 연결되도록 설치되면서 콘트롤러(70)의 제어에 따라 상기 밸브축(23)을 회전시키도록 작동하는 진공액추에이터(60)로 구성되어져, 동절기와 같은 저온시에는 엔진의 시동성을 좋게 할 뿐만 아니� ��, 시동이 완료된 상태에서는 흡입공기의 양을 증대시켜 엔진의 출력효율을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 된 것이다.

PURPOSE: An oil filler cap is provided to allow for a simplicity of engine assembly and reduce restrictions in engine layout, while achieving improved engine output by reducing the amount of oil being supplied to the air duct. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical oil separation filter(25) is supported by an upper diaphragm(23) and a lower diaphragm(24) in a case(21) of an oil filler cap(20) arranged on a locker cover(10). The oil contained in a blowby gas is separated from the blowby gas while the blowby gas is flowing from the inside to the outside of the oil separation filter. An outlet port(22) is formed at the top of the case so as to guide the blowby gas separated from the oil toward an air duct. The blowby gas passed through the oil separation filter is discharged through the outlet port.

PURPOSE: A rotational speed variable type air conditioner compressor is provided to reduce a noise and vibration generated in a vehicle by preventing excess power by automatically interrupting power transmitted from an engine if an air compressor rotates at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: An inner bearing(33) is combined with an outer peripheral surface of a compressor shaft(31) to transmit power and has a plurality of screw threads(33a) formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof on the slant in one direction. An air conditioner compressor pulley(4) is inserted into the inner bearing, being separated from the outer peripheral surface of the inner bearing and has protrusion parts(4a) protruded toward the inner bearing and concave groove parts(4c) depressed inward, wherein the protrusion parts and the concave groove parts are consecutively formed. A clutch element(35) is installed in a space between valley parts(33c) of the screw threads formed at the inner bearing and the air conditioner pulley to selectively connect or disconnect rotary power transmitted to the inner bearing by using centrifugal force generated according to rotational speed of the air conditioner compressor pulley.

본 발명은 러버호스 체결용 클램프에 관한 것으로, 특히 캡헤드부 회전시 조임토크가 정확히 전달되고 네크부 전단시 캡헤드부가 공구에 끼워넣어져 빠지지 않는 현상을 방지하며 정비시 캡헤드부의 분리가 용이한 러버호스 체결용 클램프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 러버호스 체결용 클램프는, 회전에 의해 클램프밴드부의 길이를 조절하는 체결나사부를 구비하고, 상기 체결나사부의 나사머리부에 회전력 전달이 가능하게 착탈 결합된 토크제어캡과 일체 형성된 캡헤드부를 회전시켜 토크제어캡과 캡헤드부 사이의 네크부에 전단을 발생시킴으로써 조임토크를 제어하는 러버호스 체결용 클램프에 있어서, 상기 네크부와 접하는 캡헤드부 측에 캡해드부보다 단면적이 크게 측면으로 돌출 형성된 헤드플랜지부를 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A gear breakage preventing system of a swirl control valve assembly is provided to prevent excessive emission of particulate material of exhaust gas by preventing carbon accumulation of a shutter valve caused due to the breakage of a gear in advance. A swirl control valve assembly is mechanically connected to a motor so as to open/close an intake control valve. The swirl control valve assembly comprises a valve gear(23) where power of the motor is transmitted. The valve gear has a fan shape for controlling a rotation angle. The valve gear has a circumference portion with both ends where elastic members(4) are arranged to protect the gear. The elastic members include coil springs.
