Abstract: PURPOSE: A crash pad input system of a vehicle assembling line is provided to correspond to the maximum operation value of a main line conveyer, to improve an equipment operating rate by reducing a period required for mounting a crash pad, and to easily mount the crash pad. CONSTITUTION: A crash pad input system of a vehicle assembling line includes a location moving part(100), a location control part(200), and a clamping part(300). The location moving part guides an object, which is mounted on a crash pad input line of a car assembling line, to be moved to a crash pad input line side. The location control part is mounted on a lower portion of the location moving part in a vertical direction and controls a mounting location of a crash pad moved to the crash pad input line. The clamping part is mounted on an end of the location control part in a horizontal direction, and clamps the crash pad moved to the crash pad input line side.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A centering device of a line conveying/loading vehicle is provided to exactly load the vehicle onto a conveying hanger of a chassis line from a trim conveyer by centering right and left coordinates of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A centering device of a line conveying/loading vehicle includes a base plate(25), a slide frame(27), a centering cylinder(31), two guide bars(35), a push plate(37), and a push bracket(41). The base plate is mounted on an upper end of support frames. The slide frame is mounted on the base plate to slide laterally. The centering cylinder is hinged through a side of a rear end of the slide frame and a front end of a piston rod, and mounted at a side on the base plate. The guide bars are mounted on an upper portion of the slide frame laterally. The push plate is mounted on a front end of the guide bars vertically in a state that a spring is fit on the guide bars. The push bracket is opposed to a seal side part of a car body and mounted on an upper end of the push plate.
