    Abstract: 본 발명은 연료전지 스택 절연 장치에 관한 것으로서, 스택 측면으로 셀 주변을 둘러싸면서 밀폐하도록 수지를 발포 성형하여 셀을 전기적으로 절연하는 연료전지 스택 절연 기술에 관한 것이며, 특히 연료전지 스택을 둘러싸는 절연용 발포재를 성형하기 위한 연료전지 스택 절연 장치에 관한 것이다.
    이러한 본 발명에서는 발포수지의 성형 방법으로 스택을 절연시키므로 공정이 용이한 장점이 있고, 장변 측 및 단변 측 모두를 포함한 스택 사방 측면에 대해 절연용 발포재를 성형하므로 스택의 안정적인 전기 절연성을 확보할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 절연용 발포재는 수지를 발포 성형하여 제작되는 것으로 보온재 역할을 하는 바, 별도의 보온재를 추가로 설치할 필요가 없게 된다.
