PURPOSE: A device for a cooling battery of hybrid electric vehicles is provided to evenly cool batteries with maximum air volume and to improve the cooling performance of a battery by arranging a plurality of batteries within a sector-shaped battery case. CONSTITUTION: A device for a cooling battery of hybrid electric vehicles comprises: a sector-shaped battery case(10) having a predetermined thickness and internal volume; an air inlet(12) formed in the outer circumference of the sector-shaped battery case at regular intervals; an air outlet(14) formed in the center of a horizontal plane of the sector-shaped battery case; a blower installed within the air outlet; and a plurality of battery cells(18) which are uniformly arranged and forms sector arrangement.

An air cleaner of a commercial vehicle is provided to increase the filtering area of a filter provided in an air cleaner by installing a guide section stably guiding the air introduced through an introduction opening and generating a rotational force on the inner side of the air cleaner. An air cleaner for a commercial vehicle includes a guide section. The guide section includes the guide body and an inclined section. The guide body is installed on the outer side of a filter(40) to guide the air introduced through an introduction opening(10) of an air cleaner housing(30) and smoothly guide a rotational force. One end of the guide body is fixed to the front side of an outlet of the introduction opening opened in the air cleaner housing. The other end of the guide body surrounds one side of the filter. The inclined section is inclined along the lengthwise direction of the guide body toward the lower side thereof.

PURPOSE: A boot rubber structure with improved sealability for a truck is provided to improve flexibility of a corrugated unit and to increase sealability of a boot rubber and an air cleaner by forming a sealing unit and a sealing wing at the lower side of the corrugated unit, inserting a reinforcing ring, and arranging guide rings. CONSTITUTION: A boot rubber(10) is connected to a lower side of an air duct fixed to a cabin by a combining unit(12) formed on the upper part of a corrugated unit(11) with the predetermined length to connect the air duct and an air cleaner by contacting the lower side of the corrugated unit to a lower duct(4) of the air cleaner having a truck frame in settling the cabin. A section of the corrugated unit is formed like a square(11a) to improve flexibility. A sealing unit(13) is stepped at the lower side of the corrugated unit to contact with an upper side of the lower duct of the air cleaner. A sealing wing(15) is extended at the lower side of the sealing unit and contacted to a taper surface(17) of the lower duct to keep airtightness.

CONSTITUTION: A sliding open-and-shut apparatus of undercover of an engine comprises a guide surface(11) formed to be stepped with respect to a center surface of the undercover of the engine, a maintenance hole(12) formed at a side of the guide surface(11), a door(13) moving slidably above the guide surface(11) so as to open-and-shut the maintenance hole(12), the door(13) having at a side thereof a supporting plate(14), a handle(15) protruded from a bottom surface of the door(13) to be held by a user to open/shut the door(13), and a supporting board(16) formed at a center of the undercover and which traverses the guide surface(11) so as to press the supporting plate(14).

The present invention relates to a thermal damage prevention structure for a drum brake, wherein a drum is mounted in a hub coupled to the center of a wheel and the outer peripheral surface of the drum is spaced from the inner peripheral surface of the wheel. A heat shield is mounted between the outer peripheral surface of the drum and the inner peripheral surface of the wheel. The present invention can reduce the amount of heat transferred to the wheel from the drum due to the increase of thermal resistance due to the mount of the heat shield.

PURPOSE: A foreign substance removing device of an oil separator for the pneumatic brake of a large vehicle is provided to discharge oil particles flowing with air from an air compressor when operating the pneumatic brake of a large vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A foreign substance removing device of an oil separator for the pneumatic brake of a large vehicle comprises a housing(100), a baffle(200), and a tube. The housing is formed to allow compressed air to flow from an external air compressor. The lower side of the baffle comprises a plurality of through-holes. The baffle is horizontally inserted into the middle or lower end of the housing. The tube connects the air compressor and housing. One end of the tube is connected to the air compressor and the other end of the tube is inserted into the housing for the inflow of the compressed air.

An apparatus is provided to improve performance of a cooling fan for a vehicle by reducing resistance at an outlet side of the cooling fan such that air generated on a vehicle roof during travel is prevented from contacting hot air discharged from the outlet side of the cooling fan. An apparatus for improving performance of a cooling fan for a vehicle includes an air dam(50) protruded into a predetermined height from a roof cover(10) arranged in front of a cooling fan(30). The cooling fan heat-exchanges cooling air introduced from the outside of the vehicle with a coolant of a radiator(40), and discharges hot air generated by the heat exchange to the outside. The air dam is upwardly inclined.
