    Abstract: A secondary intake duct structure is provided to improve the whole assembling hardness but to decrease the number of component by being connected on a head lamp upper member with an inhalation flow guider. A secondary intake duct structure comprises: one end part connected at a front bottom part lower end of an air cleaner box(50); and the other end part connected to a radiator top end part(70). An inhalation flow guider(20) is equipped in the other end part of the supplementary intake duct. The inhalation flow guider corresponds to the radiator upper part. The inhalation flow guider enhances the inhalation flow efficiency to the radiator, the supplementary intake duct and the air cleaner box.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for a clutch is provided to compensate shaft vibration caused by vibration of a drive line. CONSTITUTION: A structure for a clutch includes a clutch disc(10) and a flywheel(20). An inclined surface is formed to an outer end of the clutch disc. An angle of inclination is 45 degrees. The flywheel is formed to be protruded like a taper to introduce the clutch disc. Therein, the flywheel and the clutch disc is self-aligned by contacting inclined surfaces of the clutch disc and the flywheel. Therefore, shaft vibration by vibration of a drive line connecting centers of an engine and a transmission is compensated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A reverse speed change gear of a manual transmission is provided to prevent a rattling noise of a gear caused by a backlash of the gear when a reverse idler gear idles. CONSTITUTION: A reverse speed change gear of a manual transmission includes a reverse speed gear, mounted to an input shaft of the transmission; a reverse idler gear(2), engaged with the reverse speed gear; a reverse output gear, engaged with the reverse idler gear and fixed to an output shaft; an idler shaft(4) rotatably supporting the reverse idler gear; and a rattling noise-preventing unit. The rattling noise-preventing unit makes gear backlash between the reverse idler gear and the matching gear just incase of reverse speed change. Great pitch diameter of the reverse idler gear is formed, to prevent backlash between the reverse idler gear and the engaging gear. Retainers(15), supporting the idler shaft, are disposed on both sides of the idler shaft. Rubber packing(19) is inserted between the idler shaft and the retainer. Accordingly, a rattling noise is prevented.
