Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for measuring a mixing rate of polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) and polytrimethyleneterephthalate (PTT) fibers. The method comprises a qualitative analysis step of checking the existence of PET and PTT fibers in a fiber blend and a quantitative analysis step of measuring a mixing rate using a microscopic count method through the color difference between the PET and PTT fibers caused by double refraction in a cross polarization state of a polarized light microscope (PLM). Thus, the present invention can conveniently and precisely calculate the mixing rate of the PET and PTT fibers in the fiber blend in which various fibers are mixed.

PURPOSE: A specimen analyzing device using X-rays and an analyzing method thereof are provided to analyze a degree of crystallization of a polymeric material by using an X-ray transmission method, thereby providing data of high reliability to a user. CONSTITUTION: A specimen analyzing device using X-rays and an analyzing method comprises an X-ray generator(310), a stage(320), a detector(330), and an analyzer. The X-ray generator generates incident X-rays. The specimen is installed on the stage. The incident X-rays are transmitted through a crystallized surface of an inorganic filling agent in the inside of the specimen. The detector detects the X-rays penetrated through the specimen. The analyzer analyzes the transmitted X-rays detected by the detector.

PURPOSE: A calculation method of ethylidene norbornene in an ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber material is provided to reliably calculate the content of ethylene propylene copolymer by implementing one time analysis. CONSTITUTION: A calculation method of ethylidene norbornene with a double bond in an ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber material includes the following steps: the characterized peak of diene monomer with a double bond by comparing the spectrum of ethylene propylene copolymer and ethylene propylene diene monomer displayed by a pyrolysis gas chromatography analysis method; and a calibration curve is deduced by analysis spectrum result for each ethylene propylene diene monomer, and the content of diene monomer with a double bond is quantified.
