    Abstract: PURPOSE: A servo press apparatus is provided to improve workability by mounting a pressing unit on an arm of a handling robot in a transmission clutch housing press process. CONSTITUTION: A servo press apparatus(1) presses pressed products on an object on a worktable in the transmission clutch housing press process. The servo press apparatus comprises a handling robot(3), a pressing unit(5), a support plate(7), and a reaction force absorption unit(9). The handling robot is installed at a workplace to have the radius of rotation corresponding to lots of the worktables. The pressing unit is mounted on the front end of the handling robot arm through a fixing bracket and presses the pressed products on the object. The support plate is mounted on the pressing unit. The reaction force absorption unit is installed at each edge of the support plate and absorbs pressing reaction force applied on the pressing unit via the worktable in the pressing press through the pressing unit.
