Abstract: PURPOSE: A confirmation device and a method confirm the installation of a needle bearing of a manual transmission accurately by employing a rotating confirmation method instead of a touch type confirmation method. CONSTITUTION: A confirmation system for confirming the installation of a needle bearing of a manual transmission comprises an electric motor(110), a driving gear(120), a signal processing unit, and a moving device unit(130). The driving gear is coupled to the rotary shaft of the electric motor and meshed in the gear(23) of a shaft assembly(20). The signal processing unit obtains data for judging the installation of a needle bearing(22). The moving device unit transfers the electric motor and the driving gear so that the driving gear is separated or meshed with the gear of the shaft assembly and comprises a guide unit(131) and a cylinder tool(132). The guide unit is coupled to guide the main body of the electric motor. The cylinder tool transfers the electric motor along the guide unit.
