Abstract:
자동차용 플라스틱 부품의 도장 방법이 개시된다. 자동차용 플라스틱 부품에 염소변성 아크릴 수지 약 10∼30 중량%, 아크릴 수지 약 1∼20 중량%, 에폭시변성 아크릴 수지 약 1∼20 중량%, 염화폴리프로필렌 약 0.1∼20 중량%, 경화제 약 0.1∼20 중량% 및 용제 약 10∼80 중량%를 포함하는 프라이머용 도료 조성물을 도포한다. 형성된 프라이머 도막상에 폴리에스터 폴리카보네이트 혼합계의 폴리우레탄 수지 30∼55 중량%, 경화제 2∼20 중량%, 소광제 1∼10 중량%, 침강방지제 1∼15 중량%, 광안정제 0.5∼2 중량% 및 용제 20∼70 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 베이스 도료 조성물을 도포한다. 도막의 부착성 및 내스크래치성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있으며 도장 표면을 보호할 수 있는 충분한 탄성을 실현하여 도장물의 의장성을 높이고 부드러운 촉감 부여 및 도장 표면의 강도를 높일 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A tire force measurement system is provided to accurately measure a vertical force of a tire force, reduce noise, and obtain excellent durability. CONSTITUTION: A tire force measurement system comprises a sensor module (1) and an electric control unit (2). The sensor module comprises a deform gage and a Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) element. The sensor module is individually installed inside a front wheel tire (3) and a rear wheel tire and measures the force applied to a tire. The electric control unit comprises a SAW reader transmitting and receiving the SAW element and a signal. The electric control unit receives the signal from the sensor module and calculates a vertical component force applied to the tire.

PURPOSE: A coating method of automotive plastic parts is provided to remarkably improve the adhesion and the scratch resistance of a film, to embody elasticity enough to protect the surface of a film, and to increase the strength of the surface of a film. CONSTITUTION: A coating method of automotive plastic parts comprises a step of spreading a paint composition for a primer on a plastic component, and a step of spreading a base paint composition on a primer film. The paint composition for a primer comprises 10-30 weight% of a chlorine-modified acryl resin, 1-20 weight% of an acrylic resin, 1-20 weight% of an epoxy modified acryl resin, 01-20 weight% of a chlorinated polypropylene, 0.1-20 weight% of a hardener, and a 10-80 weight% of solvent. The base paint compostion comprises 30-55 weight% of a polyester-polycarbonate based polyurethane resin, 2-20 weight% of a hardener, 1-10 weight% of quencher, 1-15 weight% of a precipitation inhibitor, 0.5-2 weight% of a photostabilitzer, and 20-70 weight% of solvent .
