Abstract: A rubber composition for torsional dampers of cars is provided to prevent a rubber member for a damper from being damaged by heat generated from an engine room by realizing improved durability, heat resistance and high damping quality, and by reducing a variation in natural frequencies. A rubber composition for torsional dampers of cars comprises: 100 parts by weight of acrylic rubber represented by the following formula 1; 10-20 parts by weight of carbon black having a particle diameter of 26-30 nm; 20-40 parts by weight of carbon black having a particle diameter of 40-48 nm; 0.5-1 parts by weight of an amine-based crosslinking agent; 2-3 parts by weight of an accelerator; 2-3 parts by weight of an activator; 3-4 parts by weight an anti-aging agent; and 2-3 parts by weight of a vulcanization aid. In formula 1, R is a C1-C20 alkylene group; and each of x, y and z is an integer of 1-150.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A windshield glass for a mild hybrid vehicle is provided to improve fuel efficiency and to reduce defrosting time by using a direct heating method in which the glass emits heat itself. CONSTITUTION: A windshield glass for a mild hybrid vehicle comprises an outer glass(10), an inner glass(20), a transparent adhesive(12), a transparent metal thin film(14), a bus bar(16), and a connector. The outer glass and inner glass are laminated to each other. The transparent adhesive is spread between the outer and inner glasses in order to attach the outer and inner glasses together. The transparent metal thin film is coated on the exterior of the inner glass and is positioned between the transparent adhesive and the inner glass. The bus bar is attached at the top and bottom of the transparent metal thin film to be conductive. The connector is connected to the bus bar to apply power. Abstract: PURPOSE: An aluminum component for an internal combustion engine and a coating method thereof are provided to reduce frictional force and abrasion in an internal combustion engine by reduction in friction on the sliding portion of the internal combustion engine.
