Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a locking pin holding device and a contact conduction device for an emergency lamp of a vehicle, the locking pin holding device capable of solving problems such as side-to-side motions and sagging of a conventional locking pin by using a spring instead of removing a pressing bump for pushing the locking pin to be fixed; the contact conduction device capable of reducing chattering occurrences and increasing stability of contact points due to increase of contact point pressure by adopting a point-type contact instead of a conventional linear contact after changing the circular shape of a contact terminal into a sphere shape. To this end, the locking pin holding device and a contact conduction device for an emergency lamp of a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a locking pin having the bottom end fixed at a moving holder and the top end installed to be caught by an insulator so that a locked state of the moving holder can be maintained when an emergency switch is operated; a spring installed in the moving holder to push the top end of the locking pin; and a spring cover covering the top end of the spring and delivering an elastic force of the spring to the locking pin, thereby avoiding malfunction of the locking pin.
