    상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 종래의 구조와 대비하여 부품 수를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있으며 입력점 강성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A crankless engine is provided to reduce a weight and a size of an engine by linearly reciprocating a connecting rod according to rotation of a main driving shaft and an auxiliary driving shaft. CONSTITUTION: A crankless engine comprises an engine block(10), a piston(30), a connecting rod(40), a main driving shaft(50), an auxiliary driving shaft(60), and a gear assembly unit(70). The piston is installed in order to linearly reciprocate to each combustion chamber of the engine block. The connecting rod is formed at lower part of the piston and comprises rack gears(41a) on both sides. The main driving shaft and the auxiliary driving shaft are installed on both sides of the engine block and individually comprise a suction and explosion gear unit(51) and a compression and exhaust gear unit(61). The gear assembly unit comprises a direction change gear(71), and the direction change gear is located between a first rotation gear(52) of the main driving shaft and a second rotation gear(62) of the auxiliary driving shaft.
