    Abstract: The present invention relates to an active pop-up apparatus for a vehicle hood which is used to lift the hood in the rear direction to ensure the safety of a user. The active pop-up apparatus for a vehicle hood according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: a body plate installed on a hinge arm of a vehicle and has a guide rail; a hood plate installed on the vehicle hood; a first movable link with an end sliding along the guide rail and the other end rotatably connected to the hood plate; a second movable link which has an end sliding along the guide rail and the other end rotatably connected to the hood plate and moves in a direction opposite to the direction of the first movable link; and an elastic member which is connected to the ends of the first and second movable links connected to the hood plate to move the other ends of the first and first and second movable links in the facing direction using the elastic bias to pop up the hood plate.
