하이브리드 전기 자동차용 더블 클러치 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 하이브리드 전기 자동차용 더블 클러치 장치는 모터/제너레이터와 엔진으로부터 연결축을 통하여 전달되는 회전동력을 2개의 클러치를 통하여 2개의 입력축에 선택적으로 연결하여 변속수단에서 다단으로 변속을 이루도록 하는 하이브리드 전기 자동차용 더블 클러치 장치에 있어서, 상기 모터/제너레이터 또는 엔진으로부터 상기 연결축을 통하여 전달되는 회전동력이 하나의 클러치에 의해 상시 동력 연결된 상태로 하나의 입력축에 상기 회전동력을 상시 전달하는 더블 클러치 유닛; 상기 엔진의 크랭크 샤프트에 연결된 플라이 휠에 선택적으로 작용하여 상기 연결축에 상기 엔진의 회전동력의 연결을 단속하는 엔진 클러치 유닛을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a double clutch assembly-flywheel coupling structure and, more particularly, to a double clutch assembly-flywheel coupling structure in which damping means for overall length reduction is formed in the double clutch assembly which is connected to a transmission side from the flywheel connected to an engine. A double clutch that is configured to have the double clutch assembly which transmits engine power to the transmission and the flywheel which is connected to the double clutch assembly and is coupled with an engine crankshaft includes: a guide groove that is formed in a coupling surface of the double clutch assembly and is formed to have a circular shape a predetermined distance apart from the center of rotation; a coupling protrusion that is formed on the surface corresponding to the coupling surface of the flywheel, corresponds to the guide groove, and is guided in the direction of rotation; and a damping spring that is securely placed and fixed to the guide groove and absorbs a backlash impact when the coupling protrusion rotates.

PURPOSE: A double clutch device using a gear set is provided to enable an odd gear set and an even gear set to operate differently. CONSTITUTION: A first drive gear(11) is connected to a drive motor. A second drive gear(12) goes in gear with the first drive gear. A third drive gear(13) is formed in the same axis with the second drive gear. An odd gear set(20) goes in gear with the second drive gear and touches a clutch bearing to deliver power. An even gear set(30) goes in gear with the third drive gear and touches a clutch bearing to deliver power.

A release unit of a double clutch transmission is provided to reduce the number of components by powering the two clutches with a single actuator. A release unit of a double clutch transmission comprises a release sleeve(1), a first and a second release bearing(3,5), a finger(9), an actuator(11), a power converting unit, and a power transmission unit. The release sleeve is installed on the outer side of the input shaft of the double clutch transmission. The first and the second release bearing are joined to the release sleeve and slides along the input axis. The finger is installed around a pivot axis(7) installed on the release sleeve. The actuator is installed in order to generate a reciprocating stroke. The power conversion unit converts the linear stroke of the actuator into rotating stroke for the finger. The power transmission unit delivers the rotating stroke of the finger to the first and the second release bearing.

A dual-actuating clutch release fork assembly and a method thereof are provided to actuate a clutch release fork dually as selected by motor actuators according to an operation switch, thereby reducing the fatigue feeling of a driver due to the gear shifting of a manual transmission. A dual-actuating clutch release fork assembly includes a clutch release cylinder(130) driven by a clutch pedal at the time of 1-stage starting or rearward moving, motor actuators(140,150) driven by an operation switch at the time of gear shifting to second-stage or higher, a housing(120) mounted with the clutch release cylinder and the motor actuators, and a release fork(110) selectively dually actuated by the motor actuators or the clutch release cylinder and separating the clutch disc from a flywheel for blocking power transmission.
