Abstract: 본 발명은 차량 루프사이드부 지지구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 차체의 루프패널과 사이드패널의 연결 부위가 각 방향에서 하중이 입력되는 경우에 포괄적으로 지지할 수 있도록 보강구조를 형성하는 차량 루프사이드부 지지구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 차량 루프사이드부 지지구조는, 사이드 인너패널과 사이드 아웃터패널과 보강부재로 이루어지는 사이드패널과 루프패널로 구성되는 차량 루프사이드부 지지구조에 있어서;
상기 보강부재는 사이드 인너패널과 사이드 아웃터패널의 상하 접합부에 접합되고 그 도중이 폐단면을 지나는 제1보강재와, 일단이 상기 제1보강재에 용접에 의해 접합되고 타단이 사이드 인너패널을 접촉 지지할 수 있도록 그 도중이 절곡되는 제2보강재와, 일단이 상기 제2보강재의 절곡부에 접합되고 타단이 상기 제1보강재를 접촉 지지하는 제3보강재와, 상기 제1보강재에 용접에 의해 접합되어 상기 제2보강재의 일단과 사이드 인너패널을 관통하는 제4보강재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: A folding key of a vehicle is provided to prevent the insert key member from folding due to the weight of accessories hanging on the folding key and thereby reduce the risk of accidents in traveling. A folding key of a vehicle comprises a folding prevention unit(50) which prevents the folding of an insert key member(3) stretched inside a lower cover(1) and an upper cover(2). The folding prevention unit includes a locking hole(51) cut on one side of a circular hole(3a) of the insert key member, an anti-rotation plate(52) whose one end is inserted into the locking hole, a push button(53) which makes the anti-rotation plate descend when the other end of the anti-rotation plate is pressed on the upper side, and a second return spring installed at the lower circumferential side of the push button and the bottom of the anti-rotation plate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A roof side unit supporting structure of a vehicle is provided to protect a head and an upper body of a passenger in a collision or overturn of a vehicle by connecting a reinforcing member to upper and lower connection portions of a side inner panel and a side outer panel. CONSTITUTION: A roof side unit supporting structure of a vehicle is composed of a side inner pane(40), a side outer panel(10), a reinforcing member(30), and a roof panel(20). Upper and lower parts of a side inner panel and a side outer panel are connected by welding and form the closed section. The reinforcing member is formed inside the side inner panel and the side outer panel. The reinforcing member is connected to the upper and lower connecting portions of the side inner panel and the side outer panel. The reinforcing member is composed of a first reinforcement(32), a second reinforcement(34), a third reinforcement(36) and a fourth reinforcement(38). One end of the second reinforcement is connected to the first reinforcement by welding. The other end of the second reinforcement connects and supports the side inner panel. The roof panel is weld at the upper connection portion of the side outer panel.
