Abstract: PURPOSE: A drop lifter system is provided to shorten the cycle time and lengthen the lifespan of the drop lifter by constructing the feeding line car and the return line car integrally with each other. CONSTITUTION: A driving motor(23) is mounted on a frame(21), and has a rotation shaft(25) where a driving sprocket(27) is mounted. The driving sprocket is connected to a chain(29) having an end connected with a transport car(35) for transporting a product(13) and the other end connected with a balance weight(37) for reducing operating loads of the driving motor. The transport car includes a feeding line car(31) and a return line car(33). The feeding line car is disposed to correspond to a feeding line of an overhead conveyor during lifting of the transport car, and disposed to correspond to a feeding line of a ground conveyor during lowering of the transport car. The feeding line car is connected to the chain. The return line car is mounted beneath the feeding line car through a connection frame. The return line car is disposed to correspond to a return line of the overhead conveyor during lifting of the transport car, and disposed to correspond to a return line of a ground conveyor.
