PURPOSE: A protective device of a voltage converter and a method thereof are provided to protect a switching element by preventing overvoltage supply to a gate terminal of a switching element. CONSTITUTION: A controller(21) outputs a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signal for the switching control of a DC/DC converter. A driving part(30) supplies a driving signal to a gate terminal according to the PWM signal. A pulse transformer(40) amplifies the output of the driving part to a fixed level. A malfunction determination unit(50) determines the output of overvoltage. The malfunction determination unit stops the operation of the driving part if the output of overvoltage is detected.

PURPOSE: A method for measuring temperature of motor of hybrid electric vehicle is provided to improve the linearity of a temperature sensor and to increase the temperature measuring range of the sensor by adjusting an offset. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring temperature of motor of hybrid electric vehicle is as follows. The temperature of a motor is measured by first and second gain blocks(S220). It determines whether the measured temperature of the motor is within a low temperature section(S230). If the motor temperature is in a low temperature section, the temperature of the low temperature section is measured by the second gain block(S240). The temperature of a high temperature section is measured by the first gain block in case the temperature of the motor has within the high temperature section(S250).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A circuit for sensing resolver short circuit or disconnection of a hybrid vehicle and method thereof are provided to be used for debugging in a development stage. CONSTITUTION: A resistor for sensing short circuit and disconnection is connected between output signal ends of a resolver. The output signal ends of the resolver are connected to the input terminal of an RDC(Resolver-to-Digital Converter) connected to a CPU. The CPU measures a voltage due to voltage distribution between a resistor and a pull-up resistor for sensing short circuit and disconnection by differential signals. The differential signals are outputted to the RDC through the output signal ends.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system and method for sensing and calibrating a voltage of an electric vehicle are provided to enable a CPU to obtain calibrating information using two point voltage values obtained by a variable gain amplifier, thereby accurately calibrating a sensing value. CONSTITUTION: A device for sensing and calibrating an inverter voltage includes a battery voltage sensor(12), an inverter voltage sensor(22), a battery controller(13), a variable gain amplifier(25), and a CPU(24). The CPU obtains calibrating information based on a voltage value outputted from the variable gain amplifier to calibrate an inverter sensing value. An amplification gain is changed into a desired value in the variable gain amplifier by a control signal.

본 발명은 매칭 패턴을 이용한 차량용 글래스 안테나에 관한 것으로, 윈드 쉴드 글래스에 형성된 안테나 패턴을 변경시키지 않은 상태에서 안테나 패턴 주위로 차체에 어스된 패턴을 변경시키면서 L과 C 성분을 조절하도록 해 개발 기간을 크게 줄임은 물론 안테나 패턴의 공용화도 달성함에 그 목적이 있다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 외부의 전파를 수신해 안테나모듈(M)을 통해 차량 내부에 장착된 라디오로 전송하도록 윈드 쉴드 글래스(G)의 한쪽 끝에서 끝단여유간격(a)을 두고 일정한 패턴간격(d,e)을 갖고 형성되어진 안테나패턴(1)과, 상기 안테나패턴(1)이 점유하지 않은 윈드 쉴드 글래스(G)의 끝단여유간격(b)내에서 안테나패턴(1)에 대해 일정한 반사기여유간격(c)을 두고 어스(3)접지되는 폐 공간으로 형성되어진 반사기(2)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A car position confirming system and a position confirming method using a remote controller are provided to calculate a direction and a distance for a car from a remote controller by operating distance data, and to display the calculated information on an LCD window of the remote controller as numerical values, so that a user can easily perceive a position of the car without storing a parking position. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth communication device(11) is installed in a car(10) by including a controller. A remote controller(2) consists of a position button, an LCD window for displaying a direction and a distance for the parked car(10) according to an operation of the position button, and a transceiving device capable of transceiving data with the Bluetooth communication device(11). A reference unit(12) is installed in a parking place, transmits a signal between the Bluetooth communication device(11) and the transceiving device of the remote controller(2), and functions as a reference point for tracking a position of the car(10).

PURPOSE: A waterproof connector is provided to completely shield a gap formed at the side of the connector to block liquid from flowing into the connector from the outside so as to prevent short-circuiting or corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof connector includes a male part(10), a female part(20), the first and second sealing means(30). The male part is composed of a female connecting terminal(10') having high-conductivity terminals projected to the inside of the connector. The female part includes a male connecting terminal(20') composed of high-conductivity terminals. The male connecting terminal is combined with the female connecting terminal of the male part to transmit power or signals. The first and second sealing means completely seal up gaps at both sides of the connector where the female connecting terminal and the male connecting terminal are combined with each other.
