    Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling whine noise of the interior of a vehicle are provided to minimize the increase of the interior noise of a vehicle and to make a passenger does not feel the whine noise by increasing only the noise at a critical band. CONSTITUTION: A microphone(100) detects the interior whine noise of a vehicle. An amplifier(200) amplifies the signal noise applied from the microphone. A vehicle motion state detector(210) detects the engine rpm and the signal of a shift gear. An engine control unit(320) outputs signals corresponding to the engine rpm and shift gear by a predetermined program, a control unit(300) outputting a critical band of the whine noise by calculating the frequency and degree of the whine noise and the critical band, a filter(400) filtering the critical band, a white noise generator(500) generating a white noise depending on the critical band, a speaker amplifier(600) amplifying the white noise, and a speaker(700) outputting the amplified white noise.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig for testing a gear is provided to allow various tests to be performed, improve a user's convenience and to reduce test costs by considering a case in which a distance between shafts of the gear is changed. CONSTITUTION: A jig for testing a gear includes a base(10), a ring-type structure member(20), and a shaft fixing jig. The base(10) has an install hole(15) in which a shaft of a first gear(11) is inserted and installed. The ring-type structure member(20) allows a shaft of a second gear(22) to fix to the base(10). The shaft fixing jig restricts a distance between the shaft of the first gear(11) and the shaft of the second gear. The ring-type structure member(20) is proximate to the install hole(15) and rotatably installed. A perforated hole is prepared at a predetermined position of the ring-type structure member(20). The shaft of the second gear(22) is inserted into the perforated hole and installed.
