Abstract: The present invention relates to an insulator for a suspension in which an upper end of a push rod of a shock absorber is coupled with an inner pipe and a case coupled with the inner pipe is fixed to a vehicle body panel, comprising: the case where a hole is formed with a protruding portion formed toward a lower side along a circumference of the hole; a rubber that is produced by using an elastic material and is coupled in close contact with an inner circumferential surface of the protruding portion; and the inner pipe that is coupled with the rubber in an inserted manner so that the push rod is inserted in an inner side thereof and an outer side stands in a vertical direction. In a section where the rubber and the inner pipe are in close contact, an insertion protrusion with an expanded diameter is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe, and an insertion groove, into which the insertion protrusion is inserted, is formed in the rubber. According to the configuration of the present invention described above, elastic compression of the rubber is performed more efficiently across all areas, and thus durability can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An insulator cover unit is proved to prevent the corrosion caused by an inflow of the foreign materials and simultaneously improve a soundproof function because the contamination of an insulator is prevented by preventing impulsive sound created in the inner part from transmitting to outside. CONSTITUTION: An insulator cover unit comprises a dust cover(10) and a dust cap(20). The dust cover prevent that an inflow of the foreign materials piles on an insulator(3) mounted to a car body in the MacPherson strut suspension. The dust cover is fixed on the center bolt(5) through the upper and lower nuts, in the sate of being inserted into the center bolt in the upper part of the car body, to prevent impulsive sound created in the inner part from transmitting to outside. The dust cap is inserted into the center bolt in the upper part of the dust cover to cover the dust cover and car body.
