Abstract: A vehicle disk brake is provided to prevent cooling performance from deteriorating during braking by increasing a contact area between a brake pad and a brake disk. A vehicle disk brake comprises a brake disk(200) inserted into an inner side of a caliper, a pair of brake pads(300) and a piston. The brake pads are installed at two sides of the brake disk while being spaced apart from each other by a certain interval. The piston pressures the brake pads toward the brake disk. Auxiliary disk brakes(210) are formed at the outer portions of two sides of the brake disk while being spaced apart from each other by a certain interval. The brake pads make contact with the outer surfaces of the auxiliary disk brakes and the brake disk. The brake pads are formed with insertion grooves(310) into which the auxiliary disk brakes are inserted respectively.

Abstract: An electric brake system is provided to reduce weight of a brake system by supplying braking power to a disk using friction to brake pads. An electric brake system comprises as follows. A circular disk(1) rotates with wheels of a vehicle. A first brake pad(3) is attached with a frictional material being frictional to other side surface of the disk thereon. A second brake pad(5) is equipped with a frictional material being frictional to one side surface of the disk. A caliper(7) supports the first and second brake pads to generate braking power by pressurizing the pads from both sides of the disk. Each of pressure unit(9) is formed by corresponding to both tilt cam surfaces of the first brake pad inside the caliper. In addition, a brake pedal sensor(13) senses a response to a brake pedal operated by a driver and outputs a signal according to the response to a controller.

Abstract: A brake pad for a vehicle disc brake is provided to improve a fuel ratio of a vehicle by preventing fuel from being unnecessarily consumed during quick braking. A brake pad for a vehicle disc brake comprises a plurality of friction members(310), an abrasion indicator(320) and a support plate(330). The friction members generate friction force while closely being in contact with a brake disk. The abrasion indicator detects abrasion of the friction member. A plurality of leaf springs(350) having elasticity different from each other are coupled with the abrasion indicator while being spaced apart from each other. Abstract: A brake system for preventing judder is provided to restrict judder and shimmy from deformation of a brake disk or a brake pad by adjusting the height of the divided friction material in rubbing the brake disk on the brake pad. A brake system includes a brake pad(10) and a disk, and the brake pad has a wear indicator(11) and a friction material(12). The friction material is divided into multiple parts, and a spring(30) is mounted to the divided friction material to adjust the height of the brake disk deformed in operating the brake system.
