CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a valve seat for a gas fuel car comprises the steps of: molding a material which is mainly composed of Fe and includes C of 0.8-1.2wt.%, Ni of 1.0-3.0wt.%, Co of 7.0-10.0wt.%, Cr of 4.5-7.5wt.%, Mo of 8.0-11.0wt.%, Mn of 1.5-3.0wt.%, and Ca of 0.1-0.5wt.% at a pressure of 6-9ton/cm^2, sintering the molded body in a nitrogen atmosphere at a temperature of 1,130-1,160°C for 30-90 minutes, placing a copper infiltration material on the sintered body and implementing second sintering at a temperature of 1110-1130°C for 20-40 minutes, maintaining the infiltrated sintered body at a temperature of 880-930°C for 60 minutes and oil-cooling the sintered body, and heat-treating the cooled sintered body at 550°C for 120 minutes.

    Abstract: An oil consumption tester for vehicle engine is provided for improving any default in oil flow system by measuring the exact oil consumption quantity from each member in the oil flow system. The tester includes a first lubrication system (9) and a second lubrication system (14). In the first lubrication system, forced lubrication oil from an oil pump (10) is regulated at a preset pressure by a pressure controller and flows on the bearing portion of the crank shaft and the connecting rod before returning back to an oil pan (2). In the second lubrication system, forced lubrication oil from the other oil pump (17) is regulated by a relief valve (18) and flows in a turbine flowmeter (1), a control valve (20), cam shafts of the cylinder head (4) and each valve stem.
