Abstract:
본 발명은 페달 시뮬레이터를 사용하는 브레이크 시스템에서 페달의 반력 특성을 폭넓은 영역에서 조절할 수 있는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 브레이크 페달 작동시 마스터 실린더측에서 제공되는 유압을 이용하여 피스톤의 설정위치를 가변시키고, 피스톤의 위치변화에 따라 달라진 반력이 페달에 작용되도록 하여 페달 반력 특성을 변경하는 새로운 형태의 페달 시뮬레이터를 구현함으로써, 운전자의 의지대로 페달 반력을 임의로 변경할 수 있는 등 운전자 만족도 등을 높일 수 있고, 또 여러 가지의 페달 반력 특성을 최소의 부품 추가만으로 조절할 수 있어 원가 및 중량을 절감할 수 있는 페달 시뮬레이터의 반력조절장치를 제공한다.

Disclosed are a control method for electronic stability control (ESC) logic and an apparatus performing the method. The ESC control method can include the steps of: calculating the difference between a theoretical value and an actual value and determining whether the difference between the theoretical value and the actual value is larger than an ESC threshold; and performing the ESC operation when the difference between the theoretical value and the actual value is larger than the ESC threshold. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of enhancing the operation feeling of a vehicle while a driver drives the vehicle, thereby enhancing the operation safety and the performance of the vehicle control. 본 발명은 차량의 제동간에 엔진으로부터 브레이크 부스터로 공급되는 부압의 저하시 이를 보상하기 위한 보조 제동력을 제공하는 캘리퍼 일체형 전자식 주차 브레이크를 이용한 브레이크 부스터의 부압 저하 보상 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 브레이크 부스터로 제공되는 부압의 저하 발생시 차량의 캘리퍼 일체형 EPB를 이용하여 후륜의 제동력을 증대시킴으로써, 제조비용의 증가 없이도 차량의 엔진으로부터 브레이크 부스터로 공급되는 부압의 부족을 보상하고, 부압 부족으로 인하여 발생하는 차량 제동시의 밀림을 방지하며, 브레이크 페달이 원활하게 가동될 수 있도록 하는 캘리퍼 일체형 전자식 주차 브레이크를 이용한 브레이크 부스터의 부압 저하 보상 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A negative pressure reduction compensating device of a break booster using a caliper integrated electric parking brake and a method thereof are provided to prevent the slip of a vehicle while braking and assist the smooth operation of a brake pedal through compensating the shortage of the negative pressure supplied from an engine to a brake booster without additional cost through improving the braking power of rear wheels by using a caliper integrated electric parking brake in case of negative shortage occurred. CONSTITUTION: A negative pressure reduction compensating device of a break booster using a caliper integrated electric parking brake comprises a brake unit, an engine(140), a negative pressure sensor(150), and a caliper integrated electrical parking brake(160). The brake unit comprises a brake pedal(110), a brake pedal stroke sensor(120), and a brake booster(130). The brake pedal stroke sensor detects the displacement of the brake pedal. The brake booster amplifies the movement of the brake pedal and transfers the movement to a brake master cylinder. The engine supplies negative pressure to the booster. The negative pressure sensor measures the negative pressure in the booster. A caliper integrated electric parking brake generates braking power.

A brake vacuum hose damper for a vehicle is provided to reduce vibration and noise caused by the negative pressure when applying a brake by being mounted on a path of a brake vacuum hose communicated between an intake manifold and a brake booster. A brake vacuum hose damper(100) for a vehicle comprises a connection unit(10,10') installed on a path of a vacuum hose communicated between an intake manifold of an engine and a brake booster; an extension unit(20) integrally formed to allow the inside to communicate with the connection unit, of which diameter is wider than a bore of the connection unit; and a fixing clip installed around an outer periphery of the vacuum hose connected to the connection unit. A hanging unit is formed on the outer periphery of the connection unit to prevent the vacuum hose from being separated when connecting.

본 발명은 운전자가 버튼을 누른 상태에서 파킹레버를 상측으로 들어올리는 2중의 의도를 갖지 않으면, 파킹레버의 록킹상태가 해제되지 않도록 함으로써, 단순하고 우발적으로 버튼이 눌려짐에 의해 뜻하지 않게 주차를 위한 제동력이 상실되는 것을 방지하도록 하여 차량의 안전성을 크게 증대시킬 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for regulating the position of a steering wheel of a vehicle is provided to improve convenience and secure a safe driving by easily regulating the distance between an upper body of a driver and the steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: The device(100) for regulating the position of a steering wheel(25) of a vehicle is composed of a movable body(10), an air compressing cylinder(15), a three-way valve assembly(20) and the steering wheel. The movable body is installed to move about a hinge shaft(11) according to the tread of an accelerator pedal(13) of the vehicle. The air compressing cylinder jets the compressed air in treading the accelerator pedal by mounting a rod(17) to the end of the movable body. The three-way valve assembly comprises a first pipe line(21) for moving the compressed air jetted from the air compressing cylinder; a second pipe line(23) for discharging out the compressed air in starting the vehicle; a third pipe line(27) for moving the compressed air to the steering wheel in tuning off the vehicle; and an opening and closing device(A) for selectively opening and closing the second and third pipe lines according to turning on/off of the vehicle. The steering wheel is installed for a housing(31) to slide according to the pressure of the compressed air transmitted through the third pipe line of the three-way valve assembly.

PURPOSE: A pedal parking brake apparatus having a rotary damper is provided to eliminate braking force of rear wheels, and to prevent wheels from being dragged after releasing parking by relaxing a parking brake cable with returning a parking brake pedal completely in releasing parking. CONSTITUTION: A rotary damper of a pedal parking brake system is composed of a housing(12) placed in a hinge shaft(2) to turn a parking brake pedal, and fixed in an installation plate; a fluid chamber(14) having a curve(13) with the radius expanded from the center of the housing and containing oil; and a cylinder member(15) fixed in the hinge shaft, and mounted in the fluid chamber. The cylinder member has a rod(16) fixed in the fluid chamber vertically, a spring(17) supporting the end of the rod, and an outer cylinder(19) including plural through holes(18). The parking brake pedal is returned completely with installing the rotary damper in the parking brake system. Brake drag from remaining braking force is prevented with relaxing the parking brake cable after releasing parking.

PURPOSE: A safety apparatus of a brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent accident by detecting hydraulic pressure with a detecting unit in a brake pressure line, and by operating a parking brake with a brake pedal. CONSTITUTION: A brake safety device of a vehicle is composed of a detecting unit(10) detecting pressure changes of a brake hydraulic pressure line; a lower slider(40) connected to a parking cable(41) in a bracket(30); an upper slider(50) having a guider pin(54) faced to a rod(51), and a fitting protrusion part(53); a spring(70) fixed out of the guider pin; a solenoid(80) operated by the detecting unit; and a solenoid driving unit operating the solenoid by the detecting unit. A brake system operates a wheel cylinder with forming hydraulic pressure from a master cylinder through a brake pipe, an oil distributor and a hose. The parking brake is operated with the brake pedal in wrong operation of the hydraulic pressure line. Accidents are prevented with detecting hydraulic pressure.
