Abstract: PURPOSE: A shift fork structure for a vehicle is provided to effectively absorb the vibration and impact by comprising a pad on a part where the shift fork and a sleeve are closely combined. CONSTITUTION: A boss part(110) is fixed on a shift rail. A shift fork(100) is made of leading end parts(120). The leading end parts are extended along a groove formed on the sleeve. A buffer member(200) is comprised on the leading end part of the shift fork. The buffer member is inserted into the groove formed on the sleeve. The buffer member combines with the sleeve. The buffer member absorbs the vibration and the impact delivered from the sleeve.
