Abstract: PURPOSE: A shifting mechanism of an automatic transmission is provided to prevent vibration and noise from being transmitted to a shift lever by transmitting operational force through a cable to an inhibitor switch assembly. CONSTITUTION: A shifting mechanism of an automatic transmission comprises a shift lever assembly(10) moved back and forth and installed in a vehicle room; a shift cable(18) transmitting operational force of the shift lever assembly; and an inhibitor switch assembly(16) installed in a valve body to switch a manual valve according to operational force from the shift cable. The flexible shift cable is composed of first and second shift cables(18a,18b), and fastened in a hinge point of a shift lever(10a) by first and second fixing points(10b,10c) and first and second connection points(16a,16b). Shifting force is transmitted from the shift lever to the inhibitor switch assembly through the flexible shift cable to prevent vibration and noise.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig for use in clutch test is provided to achieve improved workability and reduce cost by allowing the jig to easily test clutches of a wide variety of sizes. CONSTITUTION: A jig(100) comprises a center portion(110) to be coupled to a clutch housing; a first support portion(120) arranged to be attachable/detachable to/from the center portion, and which is inserted into the central inner surface of the clutch disk; and a second support portion(130) arranged to be attachable/detachable to/from the first support portion, and which is inserted into the inner surface of a fly wheel. Abstract: PURPOSE: An assembling apparatus for a fixing pin of a bearing in a transmission for a vehicle is provided to assemble the fixing pin to the bearing fast and stably by equipping a guide device and a push device for the pin. CONSTITUTION: An assembling apparatus for a fixing pin(5) of a bearing(4) in a transmission for a vehicle has a guide device(10) for the pin and a push device for the pin. An external surface(11) of the guide device tapers. A bore(12) of the guide device is expanded when the fixing pin of the bearing falls down along the external surface. The push device has four push plates inserting a coil spring inside. The bore is expanded without separating the fixing pin with the push plate. A first fixing pin of the bearing is inserted to the guide device easily by forming an outer diameter of a bottom of the guide device identical to or larger than the outer diameter of the bearing and the outer diameter of an upper portion of the guide device smaller than the bore of the fixing pin of the bearing. A shaft is inserted properly by forming the bore larger than the outer diameter of the shaft. Thereby, the fixing pin of the bearing is assembled to the bearing fast and stably.
