Abstract: 포밍 프레스에 의한 패널의 성형시, 언로더에 의한 성형패널의 취출이 이루어지지 않을 경우, 다음에 투입되는 패널을 검출함과 동시에 프레스 성형작동을 멈추고, 상기 다음에 투입된 패널의 외측단을 걸어 이를 들어 올려 작업자가 조치할 수 있도록;
하형 상에 2장의 패널이 로딩되면, 상형의 하강작동 중에 그 상부 패널을 검출하여 그 신호를 제어기로 출력하도록 상기 상형의 성형면 내부 일측에 구성되는 패널검출센서; 상기 하형의 외측단에 대응하여 상형의 외측 하부에 구성되어 상기 하형 상에 2장의 패널이 로딩되면, 상기 제어기의 제어신호에 따른 작동공압을 공급받아 상기 상부 패널의 외측단을 걸어 상형의 상승작동과 함께 이를 하형으로부터 들어 올려주는 다수개의 보조취출수단; 및 상기 보조취출수단에 공압을 공급 및 배출하기 위한 공압라인상의 일측에 장착되어 상기 제어기의 제어신호에 따라 상기 보조취출수단에 작동공압의 공급을 단속하는 절환밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스의 언로딩 에러 방지장치를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: When changing steel of a crop blanking die, an upper die is moved, thereby reducing repairing time and improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A blanking die comprises an upper die and a lower die. A hill box(14) is installed in the upper side of the lower die between a plurality of inclined plates of the upper die. A key(16) for backup is inserted between the hill box and the inclined plates for sliding up and down. An adjusting bolt(18) penetrates the inclined plates and is inserted in a slot formed in the side of the key for backup. When the steel formed in the upper die and the lower die are worn out, the adjusting bolt is released to move the key for backup. The gap is adjusted by moving the key for backup, and a fixing bolt(22) is connected to fix the key for backup.
