A car audio capacity test apparatus is provided to test buttons of various shapes on the front panel of a car audio simply and quickly. A car audio capacity test apparatus comprises at least two contact bars(20) installed adjacent to each other, an extension bar(21) whose one end is connected to the rear side of each contact bar, a gear unit(30) connected to the other end of the extension bar in order to move the extension bar toward the center, a motor unit(40) installed on the backend of the gear unit in order to selectively rotate the extension bar, a piezoelectric sensor unit(50) installed on the backend of the motor unit in order to measure the pressure acting on the contact bar, and a controller(70) comparing the measured value of the piezoelectric sensor unit with the set value stored in a storage unit(80) and determining the performance and tactile feel of a switch(12) installed on a car audio.

A dual key pad assembly is provided to save occupied space in the center fascia of a vehicle and to improve operability and visibility of key pads by integrating a key pad for FATC(Full Automatic Temperature Control) at a face of a dual key pad and another key pad for controlling AV(Audio Video) system at the opposite face. A dual key pad assembly(100) includes a main body(110) of the assembly which is installed to a side of the inter-fascia(200) of dashboard and able to rotate around shafts(142,144), a key pad for FATC(Full Automatic Temperature Control), insertion grooves(212,214) where each corresponding shaft is inserted so that the main body is rotated around the shafts, plural terminals placed between shafts and insertion grooves, and a switch to turn on or turn off power supplied to the FATC or AV system control.

Abstract:
A vehicular antenna is provided to automatically return from a folded state to a receiving position by using a return spring fixed to spring fixing portions. An antenna bar(10) is slanted rearward at a predetermined angle when receiving a signal, and is folded forward if necessary. A first spring fixing portion(14) is attached to a rotary shaft of the antenna bar, and a second spring fixing portion(13) is spaced apart from the rotary shaft at a predetermined distance. A return spring(16) is fixed to the first and second spring fixing portions at each end thereof. A bimetal latch(11) is installed on a loop, and has the uppermost end protruding toward the rotary shaft of the antenna. A return drive power supplies a power to the first spring fixing portion.

PURPOSE: An integrated memory system for interworking with a keyless entry system is provided to be operated by using a transmitter of a keyless entry system without adding another button to the transmitter, thereby simplifying a system configuration. CONSTITUTION: When one of plural buttons is solely operated, a transmitter(10) wirelessly transmits a keyless entry system operation signal. When at least more than two buttons are simultaneously operated, the transmitter(10) wirelessly transmits an integrated memory operation signal. An ETACS and receiver module(20) receives the wirelessly transmitted keyless entry system operation signal, and controls a door lock/unlock unit(21), a driving unit(23), a power window unit(25), and a trunk open unit(27). An IMS control unit(30) reads the first or the second sheet and steering wheel location data stored in the first or the second area of a memory(40) according to an IMS operation signal, so that a sheet and a steering wheel can be located in the first or the second position read from the first or the second area, and stores sensed current sheet and steering wheel positions in the first or the second area by a sensing unit(70).

PURPOSE: A method for alarming the glass damage of vehicle by using antenna is provided to alarm the glass damage by using the electric field flowing into the glass antenna when the glass antenna including the glass antenna is damaged. CONSTITUTION: A method for alarming the glass damage of vehicle by using antenna includes the steps of: measuring and storing the initial electric field of the audio best station memory(BSM) in the controller after the starting is turned off; measuring the electric field flowing from the glass antenna in the controller; comparing the electric field value flowing from the glass antenna with the initial electric field value of the BSM in the electric field comparator; transmitting the alarm signal to the burglary alarm unit by the controller when the initial electric field value of the BSM and the electric field value becomes higher than 15dB; and operating the burglary alarm unit.
