    Abstract: 본 발명은 연료전지용 막가습기에 관한 것으로서, 연료전지 스택에 공기를 가습시켜 공급함에 있어서 연료전지 스택의 출력상태에 따라 스택 내에서 생성되는 수분의 양을 고려하여 공기의 유량 및 가습량을 조절할 수 있는 연료전지용 막가습기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 상대적으로 가습성능이 높은 제1중공사막들로 이루어진 제1중공사막 다발과, 상기 제1중공사막에 비해 가습성능이 낮은 제2중공사막들로 이루어진 제2중공사막 다발이 하우징 내에 일측과 타측으로 병렬 배치되고, 연료전지 스택의 출력상태에 따라 상기 하우징으로 유입된 건조공기의 유동방향을 제어하여 상기 제1중공사막과 제2중공사막의 내부 중 건조공기를 분배하여 통과시키는 유동제어기구가 구비되는 연료전지용 막가습기가 개시된다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A membrane humidifier for a fuel cell is provided to prevent the increase of pressure drop value(differential pressure) between the front and back ends of a membrane humidifier through a tensioning mechanism for maintaining a hollow fiber membrane in a tight state. CONSTITUTION: A membrane humidifier(100) for a fuel cell comprises a housing(101) and hollow fiber membrane bundles housed inside the housing. A bunch(110) of first hollow fiber membranes made of first hollow fiber membranes(111) with a property swollen by moisture is housed in one side of a cross section of the housing. A bunch(120) of second hollow fiber membranes made of second hollow fiber membranes(121) with a property that is not swollen by moisture. A tensioning mechanism is installed to maintain the first hollow fiber membranes in a tight state by pulling both ends of the bunch of first hollow fiber membranes.
