The upper assembly unit accommodates a bump stopper of a steering device inside, and an insulator fixed to a vehicle body is fixed to one side of the upper assembly unit. One end of lower assembly unit is connected to the upper assembly unit, and a strike cap covering a damper unit is fixed to the other end of the lower assembly unit.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for mounting a hub bearing for vehicles is provided to improve productivity and safety by preventing noise generated when a bearing and hub slip. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting a hub bearing for vehicles comprises a hub(100), a bearing(200), and a taper(300). The hub is inserted into the outer periphery of a shaft formed in a constant velocity joint. The hub comprises a first key groove(110) formed on the outer circumference of an insertion part where the shaft is inserted. The bearing is inserted into the outer periphery of the hub insertion periphery. A second key groove(210) is formed on the inner periphery of the bearing. The taper is inserted in between the first and second key grooves. One end of the taper protrudes, and is inserted into the first and second key grooves.
