    Abstract: A side view mirror apparatus is provided to automatically move a side view mirror in a safe position when folding the side view mirror and to show the field of rear view for a driver. A side view mirror apparatus(1) comprises a neck section(2), a door mounting section(3), and a housing(4) which rotates at the door mounting section. A mirror(5) is attached to a front surface of the housing. The mirror is movable in the longitudinal and transverse directions about a hinge section(6). An inclination angle of the mirror is adjustable by an electric actuator. A fixing shaft(7) is installed in the housing and one end of a wire(8) is fixed to the fixing shaft. The other end of the wire is fixed to a rear side of the mirror.

    Abstract: A radiator grill for a vehicle is provided to allow a plurality of air inlet/outlet holes formed in a grill rim to be closed by air guide plates when a radiator is not in use. A plurality of air guide plates(12) are arranged in a grill rim, and air inlet/outlet holes are arranged on and beneath or left and right sides of the air guide plates. The air guide plates are rotatably arranged in the grill rim so as to open/close the air inlet/outlet holes formed around the air guide plates. A thermal strain material(15) fills the gap formed between an outer surface of a rotation center shaft(14) fixed at the grill rim and an inner surface of a hinge joint groove(12a) of the air guide plate such that the air inlet/outlet holes are opened only when a radiator operates and the thermal strain material is inflated.
