Abstract: The present invention relates to an aluminum wheel and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to an aluminum wheel and a manufacturing method thereof where a resonator structure with sound absorption characteristics is integrally formed. More particularly, the present invention relates to an aluminum wheel applied to a transferring vehicle, comprising a rim where a tire is mounted; a resonator, which is integrally formed with the rim through a molten core combined with the outer peripheral surface of the rim; and one and more resonator holes, which are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rim so that a vibration waveform can pass through the inside of the resonator. The resonator holes are a passage for melting and discharging the molten core.
