Abstract: The present invention relates to a tail pipe for a silencer which improves the outer appearance and prevents air flow noises from occurring. The tail pipe for a silencer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an inner surface which is included in the rear side of a rear discharge pipe connected to the rear side of the silencer, is used as an outlet to discharge exhaust gas, and faces the hollow gap; an outer surface which is the opposite surface of the inner surface; one or more plates forming the inner and outer surfaces; a space which is formed between the inner surface and the outer surface and is surrounded by the plates; an accommodating hole formed in the inner surface; a barrier wall which is mounted in the space and protrudes to the hollow space through the accommodating hole. The barrier wall can collect he soot from the exhaust gas.

The disclosed gasket for a vehicle exhaust system lies between a flange and another flange of the vehicle exhaust system and seals the exhaust gas leakage. An exhaust gas path wherein the exhaust gas passes through is formed in the center. Fastening holes are formed on both ends sandwiching the exhaust gas path, and fastening units are formed between the exhaust gas path and the fastening holes. A bead unit is formed on an edge of a fastening hole. One or more plates are respectively laminated on the upper portion or the lower portion of a first plate. A stopper can be included on the upper surface of the first plate which corresponds to a fastening hole.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A muffler for a vehicle exhaust system is provided to effectively reduce the emission noise of exhaust gas by setting baffles in the optimum position in a case. CONSTITUTION: A muffler for a vehicle exhaust system comprises a case, an exhaust gas inlet pipe(70), and an exhaust gas outlet pipe(90). The internal space of the case is divided into first through third chambers by first and second baffles. The exhaust gas inlet pipe is inserted to the front of the case and supported by the first and second baffles to be extended to the third chamber by passing through the first and second chambers. The exhaust gas outlet pipe is supported by the first and second baffles in the case to protrude from the rear side of the case by passing through the first through third chambers. When the total length of the case is L, the first baffle is arranged in the position of L/3+L/6 and the second baffle in the position of 2L/3 from the front to the back of the case.
