Abstract: PURPOSE: A mounting structure of an oil control valve apparatus for an automobile engine is provided to enable an operator to easily assemble components by improving the sealing efficiency between the connector of an oil control valve and a cylinder head cover. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure of an oil control valve apparatus for an automobile engine comprises a cylinder head cover(7), an oil control valve(1), and a cap(200). The oil control valve is located inside the cylinder head cover. The oil control valve is composed of an actuation unit(3) and a connector(5). The actuation unit changes the operation route of the oil. The connector is projected to the outside through a mounting hole(8) formed in the cylinder head cover. The cap supports the connector. In order to seal the area between the outer surface of the connector and the mounting hole, the cap is coupled in the cylinder head cover. The cap comprises a cap body(10) and a sealing member(50). The sealing member maintains an air-tight state between the outer surface of the connector and the mounting hole. The sealing member comprises a first seal part(61) and a second seal part(62).

CONSTITUTION: A chain tensioner having a separate oil supply structure comprises a first tensioner adapter(210), a second tensioner adapter(220), and an oil supply pipe(230). Abstract: PURPOSE: A CVVT path imbedded an engine is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by mounting an oil control valve to an engine after replacing only an oil control valve adapter. CONSTITUTION: A CVVT path imbedded an engine comprises a front cam cap(40), an oil control valve adapter(20), an oil control valve(10), and a head cover(30). The front cam cap is installed in the cylinder head. The flow path for the CVVT operation is formed in the oil control valve adapter. The oil control valve adapter is formed in the front cam cap. The oil control valve is formed in the adapter. The head cover is installed in the cylinder head in order to cover one part of adapter. A gasket(50) is formed between the adapter and the head cover. Abstract: A vehicle engine is provided to effectively prevent oil leakage from a cylinder head by increasing a contact area and tightness between a cylinder head cover gasket and a sealant. A vehicle engine includes a cylinder head, a timing chain cover, a cylinder head cover(10), a sealant, and a cylinder head cover gasket(20). The cylinder head is joined onto a cylinder block of the engine. The timing chain cover is mounted on one side of the engine where the cylinder block and the cylinder head are joined with each other. The cylinder head cover is mounted onto the cylinder head. The sealant is applied to a T-joint area formed by joint of the cylinder head, the timing chain cover and the cylinder head cover so as to prevent oil leakage. The cylinder head cover gasket has a tightening part(21) having a groove(21a) for increasing the contact area between the sealant and the cylinder head cover gasket.
