Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for keeping steering roll connecter in neutral state is provided to cancel the neutral state of a steering roll connecter without separate manipulation. CONSTITUTION: A device for keeping steering roll connecter in neutral state comprises a see-saw member(23), a fixation pin(25), a fixing groove(111) and an elastic structure. The see-saw member is fixed and coupled with a hinge shaft(231) on a rotor. The fixation pin accepts the bottom part of the see-saw member.
