Abstract: PURPOSE: A rear suspension of a large sized bus is provided to reduce the booming noise of a rear axle support beam by restricting the movement of a rear axle support beam in a fast acceleration at 1300rpm-1500rpm through a support beam crossbar. CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension of a large sized bus comprises a rear body side frame, a rear axle support beam(2) and a support beam crossbar(10). The rear body side frame is installed from the left and right of the car body to forward and back of the car body. The rear axle support beam is parallel with the rear body side frame in the lower part of the rear body side frame. The middle part in which a rear axle housing(3) is combined faces each other in a bow shape. The each both ends of the rear axle support beam are installed in order to face the left and right of the car body. The support beam crossbar connects a pair of rear axle support beams.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for reducing sound pressure level using a cross plate is provide to improve assembling workability of a suspension module and reduce booming noise by using a base plate for an air spring mounting of a support beam. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing sound pressure level using a cross plate comprises an assembling end(18) and a cross plate(20). The assembling end and the base plate for mounting an air spring(16) are formed into a single body. The both ends of the cross plate is assembled with each assembling end. The cross plate comprises a mounting end(22), a horizontal end(24), and a bent end for securing an assembly space(26). The mounting end is assembled with each assembling end. The horizontal end is connected to the mounting end and extended straightly. The bent end for securing an assembly space is formed between the mounting end and the horizontal end.

CONSTITUTION: A damping device comprises a joint plate(10), front and rear damper cases(20,30), a dynamic damper(40), a second bolt(45) and a damper variable unit(50). The joint plate is installed between a support arm(3) and a frame bracket(5). The front and rear damper case is arranged on the lower end of the joint plate and connected to a first bolt(11) and a first nut. The dynamic damper comprises a rubber(41) and a mass(43). The rubber is arranged between the front and rearward damper cases. The mass is adhered between the rubber and front damper case. The second bolt is fixed and coupled with a second nut through the front damper case. The second bolt and the second nut fix the dynamic damper between the front and rearward damper cases.
