Abstract: 본 발명은 방향지시등 오조작 경고장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 방향지시등의 지시방향과 다른 방향으로 차량을 선회하거나 방향지시등을 ON하지 않고 선회하는 경우와 같은 방향지시등 오조작에 대해서 차량 상태 및 주변 정보를 검지 판단해 운전자에게 경고하거나 오조작을 수정하며, 특정의 위험 회피시에는 차량을 정지하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 방향지시등 오작동 경고장치는, 운전자의 조작에 의해 선회하고자 하는 쪽의 방향지시등을 점멸하는 방향지시등 스위치와, 차량의 선회방향을 검지하는 스티어링 센서와 요 레이트 센서로 이루어지는 검지수단과, 상기 방향지시등 스위치의 지시방향과 검지수단의 선회방향을 서로 비교하여 두 방향의 일치 여부에 따라 방향지시등의 오조작 여부를 판단하는 판단부와, 상기 판단부에서 방향지시등 오조작으로 판단한 경우에 방향지시등 오조작 사실을 운전자에게 경고하는 경고출력부을 포함하여 구성된다.

Abstract: A warning apparatus for warning an erroneous operation of a direction indicator lamp is provided to improve a stability sense of a driver by warning an erroneous operation to the driver in a direction indicating process. A warning apparatus for warning an erroneous operation of a direction indicator lamp includes a turn signal lamp switch(10), a detection unit(20), a determination unit(30), and a warning output unit(40). The turn signal lamp switch is operated to flicker a direction indicator lamp of a turning side by an operation of a driver. The detection unit includes a steering sensor and a yaw rate sensor to sense a turning direction of a vehicle. The determination unit compares an indicative direction of the turn signal lamp switch and the turning direction of the detection unit in order to determine an erroneous operation of the direction indicator lamp. The warning output unit warns the erroneous operation of the direction indicator lamp to the driver according to a determined result of the determination unit.
