    Abstract: A welding structure of an exhaust manifold is provided to prevent reduction of an inner area of an exhaust port due to a welding bead, and disadvantage of time for welding mapping by welding an inner runner and outer runners at the same time, while inserted into an inserting hole of a flange, even when the inner runner is thin. A welding structure of an exhaust manifold is for welding each edge of an inner runner(1) and an upper and a lower outer runners(3,5) surrounding the inner runner to a flange(7). A stepped inserting hole(11) is formed around a through-hole(9) of the flange connected to an exhaust port of the inner runner. An open cutting groove(13) is formed at ends of the upper and the lower outer runners. The inner runner, the outer runner, and the flange are welded at once through the inserting hole and the cutting groove, while the ends of the inner runner and the upper and the lower outer runners are inserted to the inserting hole of the flange.
